Become A Patient

You do not have to become a patient to use our Walk-In Center, though if you are in need of primary care services, becoming a patient is easy!

All of our providers are currently accepting new patients in their primary practices. To become a patient you may call us or just walk in. If your insurance company requires a primary care provider to be listed on your plan simply call your insurance company to notify them you have chosen one of our providers.

• Photo Identification
• Co-Pay (we accept cash, check or credit/debit card.)
